COST AND TERMS OF COOPERATION
- Success Fee: 15%Our fee is a percentage of the annual salary of the candidate who was successfully hired and began the probationary period in your company
- Retainer Fee: 800 EURAt the beginning of the cooperation, our recruiters do research on your vacancy, develop a sourcing strategy, prepare a promotional campaign, and communicates with candidates.
We present the first suitable candidates and send them to you for consideration (from 5 CVs and more). After that the company makes a first payment to continue cooperation (approximately 1-2 weeks after the beginning of active work on the vacancy) - Guaranteed period: 3 monthsWe also provide a 3-month Guarantee for each hired specialist.
If for any reason the candidate did not pass the probationary period we will make 1 free replacement of the specialist.

Continuation of the Recruitment process, preparation and signing of the Job Offer for the selected candidate and his/her coming to the company's office for a probationary period
