Once the job is finished, they continue onto the next project. Our agency offers both services, depending on the workforce you are looking for.

    Our fee is a percentage of the annual salary of the candidate who was successfully hired and began the probationary period in your company
  • Retainer Fee: 800 EUR
    At the beginning of the cooperation, our recruiters do research on your vacancy, develop a sourcing strategy, prepare a promotional campaign, and communicates with candidates.

    We present the first suitable candidates and send them to you for consideration (from 5 CVs and more). After that the company makes a first payment to continue cooperation (approximately 1-2 weeks after the beginning of active work on the vacancy)
  • Guaranteed period: 3 months
    We also provide a 3-month Guarantee for each hired specialist.
    If for any reason the candidate did not pass the probationary period we will make 1 free replacement of the specialist.
Holding an introductory meeting and filling in an application form for candidate selection
Creating a portrait of an ideal employee and developing a sourcing strategy
Signing a cooperation agreement and starting the Recruitment process
Launch a promotional campaign for the vacancy and determining the list of applicants
Interviewing and presenting suitable candidates to the Client
Organization of interviews between the most liked candidates and the Client
Client's first payment (Retainer Fee) after presentation of 5 or more candidates and arranging at least 3 or more common interviews
Continuation of the Recruitment process, preparation and signing of the Job Offer for the selected candidate and his/her coming to the company's office for a probationary period
